Sometimes I just fancy a bit of chocolate, a little bit of naughtiness but without the guilt associated with it. This desert not only is guilt free, it is also – believe it or not – super healthy. It only contains natural ingredients and is packed with vitamins and minerals. What a sweet way to work towards your 5 a day!
It could not be easier to make – for two portions you just need one ripe banana, one ripe avocado, 1 tbsp of cocoa, 1 tbsp of white almond butter and 1 tbsp of runny honey (or agave nectar for a vegan option) – just put all ingredients into a blender until it is nice and smooth, refrigerate and indulge whenever you are ready.
